The National Arts and Disability Center's web site features the work of artists with disabilities. Please follow these three steps:

2. Complete Artwork Submission Form
3. Print, Sign and Send Back Release of Information Form [Download Word Doc] [Download PDF]

Please note that you will need to complete an Artwork Submission Form for each piece submitted. All artwork must be submitted on a disk or by attaching files in either GIF or JPG format. Make sure the files are no smaller than 400 x 400 pixels and no larger than 70-100Kb. Please only submit up to 3 pictures.
